nsrt means not same room teachers.

If you add "MTR=0" comments for a room, the teachers' timetable cannot contain a room twice, if the activity has only one teacher
and is assigned to a virtual room (see below: 2020-05-20).

Warning: the implementation is done best as possible, but it is not efficient. However, it works in practice.

The comments of the rooms have importance: if we meet "MHPW=x" (without quotes), x means the maximum number of occupied hours per week.
"MHPD=y" (without quotes) means that y is the maximum number of occupied hours per day. "MSPD=z" (without quotes) means that z is the
maximum number of span (in hours) per day. You should have at least an example file of this kind
(examples/TEST_exam+gap+comments-new-4-rooms-max-span-6.fet).

The duration of each activity must be 1.

Comments may contain "MTR=t" - max teachers repetitions, where t can be 0 (examples: examples/EX-4(2sets)_nsrt4.fet and
examples/TEST_exam+gap+comments-new-4-rooms-max-span-6.fet).

bug if using the option "MTR=t" (see above) and having activities with duration >=2.
