In the Mornings-Afternoon mode, modify the constraints of type teacher(s) min gaps between ordered pair of activity tags to take into account
also the transition from FET day 1 to FET day 2, 3 to 4, 5 to 6, 7 to 8, 9 to 10, and 11 to 12.
