I just deactivated all the min days between activities time constraints and got a solution in 1 minute. I'll try now with 85% instead of 100%, just to see.

I obtained a solution on an easier file:

Deactivated the 2 min days between activities constraints for id 573 (I don't know if necessary step).

Your 80% min days between activities -> 40%.

The other 100% min days between activities -> 50%.

I attach the solution. Maybe it is useful.
