a rooms tag?

When I want to add a set of rooms to a subject using "a subject has a set of preferd rooms" (the same applies to rooms for teacher or students...)
I have to click on every single room to add it to the list at right

A rooms already belongs to a Building
So is it possible to add also:
"tags for room" ?
For example, tags will be: laboratoties, courses...
So we can simply add a "tag room" for subject or teacher..
