How to represent an ill or absent teacher?

TiTiTo helps you if impeded teachers must be represented by other teachers.

Of course you need to import your FET timetable into TiTiTo one time. Then you can do your daily work:

1. Add the ill teacher in the absent tab. (picture 1)
2. Change to the substitution tab. (picture 2) As you can see there are 4 activities without a teacher now.
3. Click on the teacher name and see a list of teachers that might represent the ill teacher. (picture 3) Select a teacher that should represent.
4. Click on the students names if the last activity should be cancelled.

Now you can print 2 sheets. One for the teachers (ordered by teacher names (picture 5)) and one for the students (ordered by student names (picture 7)). So everybody can see substitution table of that day.

when 1 teacher is sick I find another teacher to replace, will titito allow to save a new FET?
