nice to hear that you want to translate.
As far as i know nobody is currently translating into Basque.

But the best is to wait until Liviu return, because he maybe know more.
So please wait a few days until Liviu answer.

I don't think anyone is translating into Basque. I am not sure, maybe a long time ago someone proposed that, but I am not sure.

I asked on the mailing list if anybody is doing that.

If nobody answers in a few days, please feel free to do the translation (you will be the official translator).

I just received a partial Basque translation from Asier Urio Larrea, which will probably be added in the next version of FET, 5.27.7.
