Please see constraints subactivities preferred times. Add for each subject the number of constraints of this type, split index = 1, then another constraint with 2, then another with 3, allowed different times.

maybe wrong data with this period

You get error because the constraint is useless. Add activities divided into 8 and 6, 7, and 8 will work.
