Yes, unfortunately you need to add more constraints manually, 4 constraints for each teacher and subject. It should not be very difficult.

Example: A teacher, when teaching two shifts (morning-afternoon), wishes to have the constraint that the maximum number of teaching shifts in a real day is one, it can be morning or afternoon or two, both morning and afternoon

Please modify the teacher. Morocco means one shift, Algeria means two shifts. You can have exceptions for Morocco (1-5 days). You have a Help button there, please read it.
