Min hours daily in FET Mornings-Afternoons mode is for FET days, min hours daily per real days is for real days!

In FET Mornings-Afternoons mode, all constraints are day/hours for FET days, and with real for real days. The only exception is min/max days between activities, where it is inverse.

You could add 2+2 (or 4 if on the same day), or go to all time constraints dialog, or go to min days between activities dialog.
