OLD - FET-6.6.0-snapshot available

Dear FET-Mornings-Afternoons mode, this is for you mostly. From the ChangeLog:

    - Updated to Qt 6.3.2 (NOT YET, I am still waiting for the Qt 6.3.2 release).
    - Added a new type of constraint in the Mornings-Afternoons mode, students (set)/teacher(s) min hours per afternoon (suggested by bachiri401 and Hocine Berrou).
    - Bug fixes when modifying/removing subjects/activity tags/students sets/teachers attached to constraints of type activities begin students'/teachers' day
    (reported by YOUSSEF HOUIET).
    - Updated the Russian translation, by Alexey Chernous.

Please test:

1) That your files in the Mornings-Afternoons mode solve identically with the same random seed at start then the random seed at end is the same with FET-6.5.7 and FET-6.6.0-snapshot.
2) That the new constraint type min hours per afternoon works OK.

I need your help, it is very important.
