Pinpoint Problem

Greetings and I hope things are going well.

I have, what I think, is a simple problem. Yet I cannot solve it.
FET wont compile a timetable for 7 C2.
The only constraint is that the "Admin" has a preferred starting time as indicated (for 7 C2).

I cannot understand what the problem is. I do not want to continue with
the Timetable until this problem had been solved.

I had taken the liberty of attaching the file.

I need a pair of fresh eyes to look at this issue.

See my attached file (ignore the warnings when you open it, or use the FET-6.0.0-snapshot if you want to help me check it). It is unsolvable. Interrupt after it blocks, with "Highest stage", and see the timetable for 7 C2 and teacher SI. Teacher SI has occupied all the possible slots.

Thanks for your prompt response.

I still do not understand. 5 slots had been allocated to Admin periods (to 7 C2) - not to SI.
Si could not possibly have taken up the slots allocated to the 5 Admin periods?
Or am I missing something?

Also the number of periods per class is fixed (35 + 5 Admin).

I just wish to understand.

Please do as I wrote: generate, stop highest stage and from the interface see the timetable for 7 C2 and SI. It will make things clear. There are not enough slots.
