Certamente, ma dal punto di vista della programmazione lo trovo più complicato perchè non puoi raggruppare più aule, ad esempio se i laboratori di Informatica sono 2 puoi distribuire le attività che possiedono la chiave su più aule, inoltre se decidi di cambiare le aule per tutte le attività di basta cambiare un solo vincolo, anzichè tutti i vincoli di aula associati alle attività.

I don't know if comments constraint is a widely spread practice but when I add or modify a constraint I often use these, so add a "comments" button in these dialogs it would be greatly appreciated. Also ad enable/disable constraint button would be useful.
I often use comments to group same constraints but alphabetic sort and group by constraint-type,  comments and insert order I think would be useful; could you add a preference dialog for these and others future settings?

Io generalmente stampo direttamente da browser su PDF su formato A3, il risultato è discreto perchè poi, il PDF lo si può ristampare in riduzione su A4 senza fatica.

Il vincolo si inserisce quando generi l'orario e la generazione va a buon fine

Innanzi tutto occorre dividere le ore in subattività: esempio, INFORMATICA 4 ore = 2+1+1 di cui le due ore da svolgere in laboratorio.
Creare un Aula chiamata "Laboratorio Informatica"
A questo punto occorre creare una Chiave per attività ad esempio "In Aula Informatica" ed associare alla chiave il vincolo di spazio a "Laboratorio Informatica" del tipo "una chiave per l'attività ha un aula preferenziale".

I would suggest a new simple constraint for teacher:
In Italy, the work contract for a teacher is often tethered to a specific number of workdays so, to achieve the desired result, is necessary to insert two constraint:
"Max days per week for a teacher" and "Min days per week for a teacher" that have to set the same value.
Why not add a "Number of workdays per week for a teacher"?
In the interface I am glad to see a button that add all teacher and set every single-type constraint to the same value so to be individually modified later.

In an old version of FET (last year) I should remember that, modifying the HTML level option, the generated timetable should show colored boxes to rapidly identify the teacher/activity in overall timetable. Now, in the last version, the color appears only when mouse rollover the teacher/activity word but is always green. Also every subline in a box displays in grey which is poorly readable.
Is there an option that show distinct color in every adiacent boxes or I remember badly?

Thanks Liviu, but I ever believed that the "max gap constraint for a teacher" has better priority than the "max gap for all teacher" which I consider the default.
It is better to set a default gap for all teacher and set a variation of the gap for a single teacher because let introduce me less constraints in the timetable.
If the max gap constraint is specified in either the two sections what is the rule? The lowest has priority or what ever?

In the timetable dialogs (students, teachers) it would be nice if you could add the possibility to lock or unlock the selection and not make an inversion of the locked/unlocked state. This is useful if there is the need to change the lock state of multiple classes (year, group and subgroups too) because the selection be left when changing classes.

Dear Liviu,
It's the second year that I use FET but this time I've gone into a stuck. I have generated a timetable for my school and make every arrangement succesfully but, at last moment, I decided to make a manually inversion of an hour for two teacher in the same day. I saved the timetable with all constraint and I made the inversion by change the constraints "an activity has a preferred starting time" which FET adds when the timetable is freezed. I also removed all constraints for the two teachers that could interfere with the placeing of the two activities and I started the timetable generation.
The timetable don't close because FET refuses to place one of the two activities even if the last place is free and the teacher is also free. Could you help me to find the cause? Could be this a bug? I attach my .fet file.
You could answer me in italian too.

I downloaded from your link: http://fet.wiki2me.com/download/temp/fet.zip the application and I substituted it the folder that I have downloaded and unpacked early. FET now works but when I change the language to Italian I am notified a dialog attacched below.
So I copy the "Translation" folder into the package (MacOS folder) and now FET starts correctly.
I hope you will release a complete package.

I used FET last year with success to version 5.15; now I moved to a Mac Book Pro with MacOS Lion 10.7.3 but FET 5.18.0 doesn't start.
