Questions about general use of Tags

Hi...

What do we mean by Tags? Do we mean html tags in order to improve  the result ..or tags it mean this  for programming language ..   Where can I find documentations to use Tags.. thank you..

You can mark/tag activities with those tags.
That tags are used by some constraints.

So it is easier to add constraints. So instead of "saying" activity with id 5, 7, 10, 11, 103, ...
you can just say: all activities with tag X.
