I need a constraint

Hi..
When I work on the program I only find constraint "Max building changes per day/week"  but we need in Algeriqn version .."Max rooms changes per day " Can this constraint be added  please?

And my second suggestion...

When I add the activities .. Then I want to modify them .. I do not find the "weight" in the " Modification box" - Explanation in the attached pictures

1. You can add each room in a different building.

2. See time constraints -> min days between activities.

For the addition of buildings ... This is what I do  ..I have no problem  but I'm here to suggest ..
I have 22 groups of students using 21 room in one building . Why  I have to add 21 buildings? ..why can not control the rooms directly by adding a special constraint to it.

It is not that easy to program this. Also, it would complicate the program unnecessarily. We need to have the smallest set of constraints possible (in the menu).
