Get algeria42-snapshot.tar.bz2, click once on it with 7-zip, unpack to .tar (a single file). Then I use Total Commander, press Enter on .tar, copy the contents in the other tab. So unpack the sources (you cannot unpack directly with 7-zip, there is a bug). Or you can unpack the tar.bz2 with a correct method.

Read the file README with a text viewer. See how to compile on Windows. Get Qt from qt.io, install tools/MinGW 32 bit and Qt-for-MinGW 32-bit. Enter fet-algeria42 with Qt command-prompt, type qmake, then mingw32-make or mingw32-make -j 2 if you have dual core or -j 4 (quad core) or more. Wait some time until finish, then copy the dll's from Qt\bin\ similarly with how I do (watch my Windows exe FET archive). The exact same directories and files with dll's, search them. Or use windeployqt.exe on fet.exe (it will add more files).
