Run command at end of generation

It would be nice run a command at end of generation. The user can play a sound, display a pop-up window, etc.

You can currently use fet-cl if you need such a feature. Just write a skript or batch file. So add fet-cl first and the a command that you prefer as second.

Currently, FET plays a system beep (unfortunately not audible on some GNU/Linux systems) at the end of a single/multiple generation. I added your suggestion in the TODO.
