Italian translation

Francesco Rizzo kindly contributed a complete Italian translation for FET-6.6.0. The old translator, @mbarsan , did not contact me for a very long time regarding this, so I think I can assign Francesco as the official Italian translator. Thank you, Francesco, for a hard work!

@flauta told me he would like to correct/improve the current Italian translation (which I checked and indeed has many problems, being automatically generated), so he is the assigned translator.
