I am trying to assign a number of students into study groups.
There are multiple study groups each week (say 15), and each study group has 1 teacher. the teacher has certain times available.
There are many students (say 100), who need to be scheduled into a study group. Each student has certain times available.
A maximum of two groups can meet at the same time due to space constraints.
I would like FET to match each student to a teacher according to student and teacher availability. the groups should have no more than 12 people
Is this possible with fet? i can't work out how to say that an activity should take as many of these students as possible up to a maximum of 11 per teacher.

There may be tricks possible. Please explore these alternatives:
- A study group is a FET time slot; (add constraint activities max 2 simultaneous in selected time slots)
- A study group is a room; (add two rooms, so that at each moment there are maximum two groups)
- Maybe other tricks or those above a bit modified.
