On Wednesday, 18 April 2012, FET-5.17.0 was released.

- Printing of the timetables (directly from the interface), by Volker Dirr (suggested by Bobby Wise, Anwarul Alam, daviodan and maybe other users).
- Updated to Qt 4.8.1.
- Minor interface improvements and bug fixes.
- Added a new Greek sample file, by Petros Nouvakis.
