Post by: lebwoski on January 31, 2013, 06:51:37 PM
Hi,

i've the following situation: In year 9 there are the sections a, b, c, d. The students can choose their first and second language, they can choose one of 4 different additional sciences and they also divided by their religion.

How do i've to divide the year. There are only 3 categories?

Thank you

1) You can use three categories, if you define years as 9a, 9b, 9c, and 9d, and divide each by three categories.

or

2) FET-5.19.0 released on 21 January 2013 and (future) subsequent versions allow four categories for a year.

If i understand right, the number of subgroups has no limit (it's only limited by the GUI). But virtual i can add as many subgroups i like?

Yes.

I am afraid that more categories in the GUI might slow down the generation if used improperly, that is why I only permitted 4 categories.
