You need to add space constraints.

Which is the quickest way to ask FET to assign one room to each activity?
At the moment FET assign rooms only to the activities on which I set constraints, for example the gym, but I have hundreds of activities with no special needs except the number of seats...
Thanks in advance.

You need to add space constraints affecting each activity. Either home rooms for students or for teachers (but not both - when the intersection is void - for an activity) or preferred rooms (add a tag to each activity, for instance, and activity tag preferred rooms). Preferred rooms override home rooms constraints.

Please let me know if you succeed.

Thanks for your prompt help. Is it possible to upload such constraint whit a csv file?

1) To add a single constraint of type preferred rooms with all the rooms in the constraint is easy from the interface.

2) To add a tag to each activity is possible with CSV, but take care when you export and then import the activities, because the ID-s will change and the constraints will be lost.

3) You can examine the XML .fet file with a text or XML editor, it has a simple enough structure which you can edit.

I set all the activities with the tag "a"
Then in the "Constraints activity tag preferred rooms" I set:
Activity tag "a"
Weight 100%
All the rooms selected

But in the generated timetable some activity are without room...

This is not possible. Those activities must be missing the tag "a".

There is a button in the menu: Statistics > Activities rooms statistics. Please see it in your file.

You can send here or by email your file for me to check.

I read... you do not have activities which might end up in an un specified room...
But in the time table some are missing

And what about the first tab, activities which will certainly end up in an unspecified room?

You can enter Activities dialog, select tag "a", and select "Inverted", to see activities which don't have this tag.

If this still does not solve the problem, I need your file to check - you can send a locked file and tell me an activity without room.

Issue solved! Thanks a lot doing the check you suggested I found an issue in my activities csv import file where some activities were missing the tag.
Now it works fine!
