Hi, first of all I want to thank everyone who worked or still working on this software. I found it very useful.
I wanted to ask that whether there is a way to group the rooms for different types of lessons. For instance, I want lectures to be taught in one group of rooms(like lecture rooms) that are suitable for these and labaratory lessons to be taught in other group of rooms(like labaratory rooms) in order to prevent having lectures in labatories and vice-versa. I guess there is a way of doing it by selecting all preferred rooms for a specific activity but I could not figure out how to make it easier and faster. Thanks for your helps..
The option to have rooms groups was suggested by more users, but is not available.
To do what you need, faster/easier: you could use activity tags: Lecture, Laboratory. Add the corresponding tag for each activity, then only 2 constraints, activity tag preferred rooms, for Lecture and Laboratory.
