After finishing my dataset,I started to Produce the time table
But I got this error message

there is no free time slot (day and hour) free/available.
you can solve by 2 different steps:
a) remove or modify some constraints (check FET -> Data -> activities ->right window)
or
b) remove or modify some teachers/students/subject of that activity.

if b) is not possible, then you must do a).
You entered impossible data.
Example:
Teacher T1 is not available on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Students S1 are not available on Thursday and Friday.
Your week has days from Monday to Friday.
You add an activity A1 with T1 and S1.
Like you can see it is impossible to place the activity. So you have 2 variants so solve:
b) Change T1, S1, A1 or the week.
a) Modify or remove a constraint.
I can't help you more without having your fet data file.

What is your question now?
You attached an already solved timetable. It generates in a short moment. There is no problem with id=2.
Maybe you mean you have an problem with id=2 as soon as you add an other constraint?
Of course, because it is already generated. That mean each activity got preferred times and rooms.
If you want to improve your dataset, then you shouldn't open the generated solotion fet file. Use the fet file from your working directory where you saved your file.
If you don't have that anymore you can also use this attached file. Just generate it one time. Then go to FET -> Timetable -> Advanced lock/unlock -> Unlock all activities. Unlock all activities.
Now i recommend to save the current data in your working directory (not in the timetable solution directory.)
Now you can add more constraint and improve your dataset.
