Title: Can I use FET to optimize my personal college schedule?
Post by: oasis on August 26, 2013, 11:24:42 PM
Hi guys,

I'm starting college next week, and it's time to select course schedules. Can I use FET to put in all the classes I will be taking, the times they are offered, and have it show me the possible combinations, such as how to arrange classes for free days, no classes before 10AM, at least 2 hours between classes etc.?

Thanks ;D

hmmm... fet is for the guy how do the schedule. he must use a (course) timetabling program and care about that all students are able to get the correct course.

if you try to use fet, i can see only a "solution" with 2 critical limitations:
a) if a course is offered two times (or more), then fet might mix that courses
b) you must enter the exact courses you want to have (not like: i like to have "History", if that is not possible i want to have "Politics")

so i fear the answer is "No".
