I'm exploring the usage of FET and it sure is wonderful software. Since I'm not really sure I fully understand the groups/subgroups/student thing I'm wondering of FET will cover my needs.
For example I have in one year several groups of students : A, B and C.
Some courses are shared between these groups and should be placed at same time/room/teacher. So course 1 could be followed by group ABC, course 2 only by A, course 3 by AC,...
The combination of this groups is fixed.
Can I use FET to model this situation?
Please see the facility "Divide year automatically according to categories", its help, the FAQ and the manual about this. To constrain activities to be at the same time, there is the dedicated time constraint.
Then, write again in case of success or failure.
