I need to add observers (second teacher for observing) for exams. How can I do?
Do you mean an activity should have two teachers? This is simple, add an activity and double click on two teachers.
We assign teachers as observers in the exams except their own ones. Of course this observation duty mustnt be crossed with their own ones.. Is this possible with FET?
I am not sure I understand, but I can tell you that a teacher cannot have two activities at the same time.
Maybe i misunderstood, but tell me if you "only" need to select random teachers from the "teachers free periods".
If you need to do "only" that please also tell me what exactly is your problem:
a) is it difficult to choose the teacher (because you also want to care about balanced number of hours per teacher and also about care about their gaps and free days).
b) (it is easy to choose teachers, but) is it "only" needed to get print on paper
