Sorry for my poor English.
Is it possible to have a constraint to set the min number of empty slot(s), e.g. 1 slot, to a student / all student sets in a specific period, e.g. between 10:00-14:00, and it results the student set / all students are forced to have 1-empty-slot (a break) between 10:00 to 14:00 for lunch. Of course, it can more than 1 empty slot if the student set does not have any activities.
Or we may think in another opposite direction, is it possible to add a constraint to set the max number of slots occupied in a specific period for a student set / all students?
And it can make the same result as the first constraint.
Also, these constraints can also be applied to the teacher(s).

Constraint activities occupy max time slots from selection.

but this constraint can only set to activities but not student nor teacher.
For each students set/teacher add all its/his activities in the constraint (you may need to add many constraints).
