hi Guys, i need assistance on my time table.
my week has 5 days in which the english periods are 8 and must not be double lessons for days that have to be 2. i would like a situation where one lesson appears in the morning and the other in the afternoon. thanks
If your timetable is very very difficult, then you must simply split the activity into 8 subactivities.
But i recommend to split the activity into 5 subactivities with duration 2+2+2+1+1 and use 100% min day.
i guess you need"[...] a situation where one lesson appears in the morning and the other in the afternoon" also for some other activities. (maybe always that subject?!)
In that case i recommend to use fet->data->time constraints->activities->a set of subactivities have prefferd starting times.
select the subject and the first component number. Allow only morning times.
then
select the subject and the second component number. Allow only afternoon times.
Maybe: add an activity split into 8, each with duration 1 (A1..A8). Then min 1 days between A1..A5, and min 1 days between A6..A8 (2 constraints min days between activities, weight 100%, does not matter if you select consecutive if same day). Then min 1 or more gaps between activities, A1..A8, 100% (one constraint min gaps between activities). Or activities preferred times.
