My problem is when there is some split activities but the room is not generated. BUT when there is no split activities, you have the room that have been generated.
For example in sample_Bulgaria_Lom_high_school_2007-2008.fet , there is no room generated bcoz there are split activities in it BUT in
sample_faculty_of_computers_craiova_romania.fet , there are room generated bcoz of no split activities...
So, how can I generate the room when there is split actvities in it???

There is some misunderstanding here. Each activity can be forced to take place in a room by space constraints. If you don't add related space constraints, an activity will not be put in a room. So please add as usual your activities and add some space constraints (you have many possibilities).
Sample from Faculty of Craiova has space constraints added, that is why the activities have rooms allocated.
Sample from Bulgaria has no space constraints (user forgot about them or didn't care) and that is why activities have no rooms allocated.
