Hello:
I have seen a program where it's possible drag and drop activities over the ended timetable. How can I make the same in FET?

I am sorry, but this is not available in FET, and probably will not be implemented (soon). I have no experience in this domain.

There is the possibility of locking/unlocking activities in the timetables or by using preferred starting time constraints.
