Is it possible to have different number of the hours in different days?
Mon-Wen-Thu 5 hours and Tue-Fri 6 hours?

You can use this workaround:
If the duration of an activity is the same all days, then i highly recommend this:
1) Set number of hours per day = 6.
Set a break constraint on Mon-Wen-Thu in the last hour.
If the starting times are different, then the timetable looks better if you don't call the hours like "08.00-08.45" if the times are different on that days. Just call them "1", "2" and so on.
I recommend it, because it will generate faster then the following hint.
If the duration is different, then there are 2 ways how to go on:
2a) Set a FET hour just as 15 minutes (or 5 minutes). Then use breaks or not allowed times constraint again. That is what ypou want, but i don't recommend it, because it will be more difficult to enter the data and it will need longer to generate.
2b) Do it like in 1). Just also tag the activities with "MWT" and "TF". Then add activity tags preferred times (days). This variant is much faster then 2a).
