Free Software is available here:

Who knows other free geometric software?
Addendum:
I forgot 2 other projects.
they are part of the kde education project. so linux users already have them installed or can install them from their kde install cd/dvd.
i am not sure about windows users.
it is:
http://edu.kde.org/kig/
and
http://www.mit.edu/~ibaran/kseg.html
http://math.exeter.edu/rparris/wingeom.html
http://romate.bluepink.ro/
Romate is a project created by me using C.A.R. , CaRMetal and Geometry Applet.
wingeom is for windows only, but it run fine with wine under linux.
it look like you can't do everything by mouse. sometimes i must use my keyboard. i am currently not sure if that is an advantage or a disadvantage to users.
i tried your "Romate", but i got error messages. For example:
"java.security.AccessControlExept ... ava.io.FilePermisson /home/volker/Desktop/romate14/58.zi read"
I downloaded you version and uncompressed/unziped it on the desktop. after that i started the index.html. Hyperlinks work well, just the plugins didn't start. i activated java in the settings of my webbrowser. What have i done incorrect? the test page on you website work well. i can see the halfed angle.
