Volker, I think Benahmed wants some gaps in some specified slots. I think this can be achieved with dummy activities (no students sets), adding preferred time slots for these dummy activities. The constraints for max gaps should be adjusted, of course (decrease max allowed gaps).

but in fact i must admit, that i prefer to ask them why they need a gap. there must be a reason. depending on the reason i suggest other solutions.
for example max hours continuously is what he need in fact.
maybe he need to buy food for the cooking activity/lesson. but in that case you can add a "normal-dummy" activity called "shopping", ...

did you asked those guys why they want to have a gap? if you know the reason you might do much better "tricks" then "unkown-dummy" activities.
So, Benahmed, the tricks with dummy activities work for you? They might not be perfect, as Volker said, because they can begin/end a day, or they can be counted in min/max hours daily constraints.
hmm... maybe he can also use fet -> data -> timeconstraints -> activities -> activities occupy max time slots from a selection? so selecting all activities of that teacher. select the 2 timeslots and allow only 1 slot?

si par exemple en programme FET pour un max_gaps=1 pour un certain enseignant, en ajoutant cette activité imaginaire, le nombre de trous devient égale a 2!.
ma suggestion en résumé: quant en entre max gap per week pour un enseignant, le programme propose pour l'utilisateur de choisir l'intervalle de temps désiré pour ce gap.

The idea is nice, but why 2 and 1?
Maybe if he wants a gap at say hour 3, add all slots of the week from hour 3, max occupied n_days_per_week-1.

You need to decrease the max gaps in the max gaps constraints.
You can control the time slots of the gaps with activities preferred time slots constraints.
But maybe Volker's idea is better.

I think I understood now. If you add not available teacher constraint, it is not counted as a gap for no teacher. But you can add a constraint
activities preferred time slots for each teacher involved, select only the teacher (neglect the warning), and an X Wednesday third hour in the morning. Then it will be counted as a gap for each teacher.

I think what you need to do more is to assure that teachers H1, H2, and H3 have 3 hours on Wednesday morning or, better, have hours on Wednesday morning 2 and 4. You can do that using 3 constraints activities occupy max time slots from selection. Ask me more details if you need.
je croit que j'ai trouvé une solution qui permit de considérer les groupement des professeurs pour chaque matière, comme un trou.
1/ j'ai ajouté pour chaque enseignant une activité fictive.
2/ j'ai utilisé la contrainte de temps: un groupe d'activités commence en même temps(jour+heure).
3/ j'ai donné au max_gap per week =0, pour touts les enseignants.
je joint le fichier.fet après modification.

1 / I added to each teacher a dummy activities.
2 / I used the time constraint: a set of activities have a same starting time(day+hour).
3 / I gave the max_gap per week =0, for all teachers.

I misunderstood your first requests.
Do that teachers have a meeting at that time? Maybe give a better subject same like "meeting" and just place all that teachers into a single activity. You don't need the "same staring time" constraint then since it is automaticly the same time. Generating the timetable will be also faster then.

His constraints are not useless. You mean that if max occupied >= number of selected time slots then indeed the constraint is useless. But I prefer to leave as it is now, since we also have other possible useless constraints (think about preferred times with no X, max hours daily = n_hours_per_day, and many others).
