I am not able to open the README file to learn how to install FET, can someone help me?

I'd like to open it or just learn how to install it.

Thanks but that link is not very helpful because I want to Install FET in Windows. Can you tell me how can open the read me file, please?

Imho you should downlod the latest Microsoft Windows executable version from homepage.
http://www.lalescu.ro/liviu/fet/download/fet-5.10.2.exe
And execute this exe-file! Imho that's all (I never installed on windows).

Please open it with any text editor or viewer. Or rename it README.txt and open it.

only download and install this program:
http://www.7-zip.org/

then double click on fet.exe.
