As promised, here is an anonymized input file for a Russian medical college (in this context could be similar to a pre-universitary vocational training if my english is correct!):

14 groups
More than 45 subgroups
More than 40 teachers
More than 120 subjects
A huge number of restrictions

It is a difficult file.
