If I give the two activities same starting time, it will be as if I schedual them myself in the timetable. I was looking for a sole constraint = activity A need to bo parallel to activity B.

I think you can use constraint a set of activities have the same starting time, or maybe I am misunderstanding something. This constraint does not force any activity to a certain slot, only forces the set of activities to begin at same day and same hour.
What seems to be the problem?
