In Fet-morocco if i have a teacher with the constraint "on day exception" and i want to change his name. This does not affect this constraint, it remains with the old name !!!!
Also if we do that with the file (file_data_and_timetable.fet), Fet-morocco craches.

I do not understand this. Please give me more details.
I could not obtain a crash if I generated on the wrong file_data_and_timetable.fet.
suppose we have a teacher T1 with 22 hours/week and we want him not available saturday.
So we make the constraint "one day exception" with max hour daily 6.
Thanks to fet, we get a timetable and the file (file_data_and_timetable.fet)
Now, suppose , we want to change the name of teacher T1 (let say T2),
then this does not affect the constraint " one day exception" and then if we start generate
then fet crashes.
I think this is normal because all time constraints are locked.
Indeed, fet have gnerate the timetable for
teacher T1 with one day exception but cannot do that for teacher T2 who has 22 hours/week ,
and not available saturady but with only 20 hours (only 5 days available) . It is impossible.
I cannot obtain a crash of FET, only that it reports that the timetable is impossible.

I also released Algeria, no changes, just to keep the same number as Morocco.

yes that is what i mean ... Fet is stopped and repport that the timetable is impossible even if the timetable was generated before.
