In my school some times we have meetings for some teachers, about 10 at same time.
I'm trying to fit all activities but when I active the meetings is very hard to compute the timetable.
My sugestion is creating the non lective activitie for those teachers and group with those meetings.
So there is the problem.... Teachers assigned to more than one activity simultaneously is impossible
Any solution?

I am not sure I understand correctly.
Maybe you could add for each teacher of these 10 an activity "Meeting", and a constraint activities same starting time with <100% (95% or more)?
Do you mean that in this way the teachers not preset at the meeting get an extra activity, and you need to superimpose it with another?
Unfortunately, it is very difficult to allow a teacher have two or more activities at the same time. There is the FET-mapr version, in which a FET room = a real teacher and a FET room accepts more activities, but this version does not work well.
