FET 5.37.3 and later are compiled for 64 bit only. You have got a 32-bit OS. That is why you can't start it anymore.
The second bug sadly occures recently, because some internet providers/hosters block the old check. The problem is fixed in FET 5.37.4.
So what can you do?
- You might compile FET yourself. You need to take an older Qt Version or an other 32 bit compiler.
or
- Just keep your old FET version and disable the check for new internet updates.
or
- Update your OS. You have got Windows 7. You might just install the 64 bit version. But think twice. Mainstream support for Windows 7 ended already on January 13, 2015. The extended support will end on January 14, 2020. You can still upgrade to Windows 10 for free. Please read on other internet pages how to do it. It is still possible to do it. Your computer is also fast enough for that and you also have got enough memory for that. I just can't see your free disc space. That might be too low; check that first.
