My timetable was done well with teachers, students, rooms. I did not put the room and time constraints. The timetable came out well but without rooms. Also, in the subgroups for different combinations, the subject were timetabled for year 1, year 2 with same subgroups.

You need to add space constraints for each activity, if you want each activity to have a room. You can for instance add an activity tag to each activity and then preferred room(s) for that tag. You can also check the activity rooms statistics to see if you have activities which might end up in an unspecified room.
