No, because the csv file will be ambigous if i do that right now. As you can see there is no "end time" and also no "duration" in that file, since all lines are with duration 1. That is needed by excel users, since it is much easier to handle the csv file if it is like that.
Yes, it is possible to code that, but i can't see an advantage in that. If you are a excel user, you can simply combine it yourself. if you import the csv file into your software, you can also combine it yourself or use the fet file, since it is combined in the fet file if you use duration 2.
