Hi,
At my bilingual school students are streamed in English e.g. 7a1, 7a2, 7a3, 7a4 etc and in their native language 7v1, 7v2, 7v3, 7v4. The students are the same students but in different groupings. As a result 7v4 and 7a2 cannot study at the same time as some students would be required to be in two places at once if this happened.
Is there a way to get round this? I have been experimenting with groups and subgroups etc but can't seem to make it work.
I saw the similar post on a school in Thailand
At present I have:
Year: 6.1
Groups: 6a1-6a5 & 6v1-6v5
Subgroups: 6a1, 6v1, 6v2, 6v3, 6v4, 6v5
Will this work (before I go and add all the activities)?
Thanks
Please see the video posted by Volker https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qEuujWuu0oI&t=6s starting from 2:05 mins. You need to divide the years into groups and subgroups using the "divide year" option. This should solve your problem

If you want to do in the above way, then you need to manually duplicate the subgroups in both the groups which becomes hectic.
Cheers!

Yes, like Nagendra said, use the automatic division of students years. 2 categories, 4 divisions in each.
