I have made available this new snapshot. From the ChangeLog:
- Updated to Qt 5.12.3.
- Added a new type of constraint: students (set) / teacher(s) min gaps between ordered pair of activity tags, suggested by Nagendra and other users.
- Bug fixes and code cleanup.
- Added two new example files from Hungary, by Madas Pál.
- Added a new example file from Tunisia, by fourat.
- Added a new example file from India, by Nagendra.

- Minor bug fix: the modify constraint room not available times dialog did not allow a weight of 0%, which should be permitted. Reported by math.
