I have put a new snapshot. From the ChangeLog:

- Added a new type of constraint: activity tags not overlapping (suggested by Henrique Belo).

Please get it from the usual location: https://lalescu.ro/liviu/fet/download/test/ . Let me know if there are any bugs.

I hope to release in a few days the official version.
