Title: unmixed universities
Post by: Hema on May 27, 2011, 10:27:31 AM
Hi,

I've a teacher "Ahmad", he is teaching students in all the days of the week, except on Saturday from "8:00" to "10:00"....
How can I did the block in a specific time and a specific day, where this block is not for students, just for a teacher?

This feature is very important in unmixed universities, where the ONE teacher taught the female students and male students.......

thanx in advance.

Do you mean the constraint a teacher is not available, from teachers time constraints?

QuoteHi,
...where this block is not for students, just for a teacher?

hmm... maybe you (also) mean students not available instead of teacher not available?

Case sensitive, k45 is not K45.

PS: Please use nicely indented XML, it is difficult for me to follow your file. See FET examples for nice indented files.

Edited to add: It is just a recommendation. You may choose not follow it for some reasons. I'll try to follow also ugly indented XML, if you prefer this way. Because the information is important, not the beautiful way in which it is written :-)

I'm sorry the XML code is very long....

Yes, this is my wrong, I selected wrong data from the DB.

Liviu, what you mean "use nicely indented XML..", I don't understand....

Thanks Liviu :)

The size of the .fet XML file is not my complain.

I use to open the .fet XML files with the Midnight Commander internal editor. Or other text editor, like Kate. FET official files have empty lines between sections, and one or more tabs at the beginning of subsections.

In your files, empty lines and tabs are not visible. I guess your files look nice with an XML viewer/editor, but not with a simple text editor.

Yes, I checked now, in KWrite it looks better, because you have begin of tag signs, but still with empty lines and indentation it would look even better.
