Mr. bachiri401 translated for me. So you suggest min hours per afternoon? But is this really what you need? You can add min hours daily, which is for a half-day, and I doubt that you need more hours in the morning than in the afternoon.
Also, if you need this only for a few teachers/students sets, you can use a few constraints activities occupy min time slots from selection.

إستعمال القيد ادنى حصص يومية يفي بالغرض فهو لنصف اليوم
فمثلا عندما تجعل ادنى حصص يومية مثلا 3 فهو يعني ادنى حصص صباحية =3 وادنى حصص مسائية =3
الا اذا كنت تريد ان تجعل الاستاذ او التلميذ يعمل اكثر حصص في الفترات المسائية فهذا شان اخر
