It is a bit unusual file, but I think the activities are OK. Only if you want them not to be on the same day, you can either add min 1 days between activities constraints manually, or add the activities split and then modify the subactivities (but I think this is not the case).
But I don't like the way you added preferred rooms constraints. Too many constraints. You could use filters or add specific activity tags to the activities and use these in the constraints.

First of all, thank you very much for your comments. I corrected the first part of your comment as you said, but since I have just used this program, I do not know how to do the second part. I read the instruction manual on the site and watched the videos but still don't know how to do it. So, if possible, I would be very happy if you could help me find out where and how I can do it.

You could add two activity tags, AT1 and AT2 (or other names) and two constraints activity tag preferred rooms, AT1 to the big rooms and AT2 to the small rooms, and edit each activity with big rooms and add AT1 to each such activity and the same for activities in small rooms.
