Title: FET can't place an activity without students and I can't understand why.

In my schedule some teachers have hours without classes. For teacher A46 (1) Fet cannot place activity 1199.
Liviu can you help me understand why?
I cannot upload the file because it is 3194K. Can I send it by e-mail?

Teacher "A-46 A-46 (1)" on day Giovedi has allowed only the last 3 slots, but activity id 1199 is not allowed on these slots by activities preferred times. So this teacher cannot respect min 3 hours daily on Giovedi.

You can generate, let it finish with error, and see the current timetable for this teacher.
