Yes it solves it, you just need to try more. I attach a solution obtained in ~7 minutes, I generated on 8 threads.

Your file is probably difficult.

I found very fast 4 solutions with 0 conflicts. Attached. I hope they are OK, please let me know.

I assume you have changed something in the 0 conflict file. Is that correct?

liviu.fet is my modified file (I increase the weights from 95% to 99.9% I think), and in the directory liviu-multi please see the file report.txt - see the directories 15, 10, 11, and 19 for data_and_timetable.fet files (and the random seeds, which you don't need).

You have 4 solutions working.

Please let me know if now it is clear.
