You could add a dummy activity for each teacher, duration n_hours_per_day, allowed time only Saturday evening and Monday morning.
But the best would be with a new constraint, max half days between activities, so you can add n_teachers constraints of this type, and each constraint has all the activities of a teacher, max half days = 10.
